About us
Our story...
La Pecora Nera was born from Raffaela and Costantino's desire to create a cosy, family-run Artisan Gelato Shop, where you can enjoy a good ice cream and spend a moment of relaxation and sweetness, alone or in the company of friends and family.
La Pecora Nera has come up with a good, genuine ice cream that our children can eat every day.
The story continues...
Care and attention in the choice of raw materials has always been a priority. For the ice cream we use exclusively high-quality fresh milk milked in Sardinia, fresh cream, non-GMO sugar, carefully chosen fresh fruit. The ingredients used come almost exclusively from our region, are carefully selected by evaluating taste, care in production and sustainability.
Italian excellences, such as the green pistachio from Bronte P.D.O., the almond from Val di Noto, the hazelnut from Piedmont P.G.I. and the pure liquorice from Calabria, inspire the creation of flavours that satisfy our customers' palates every day!

The offer was expanded with the Crepes prepared with milk, eggs, butter and salt, and a line of monoportions and Italian-style semifreddo cakes produced in the classic pastry method, using only natural ingredients, without thickeners and stabilisers, with only the cold to help!
